Ask Lyra: The Math Engine ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and website (ask).

2. Data Collection

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Account Information: Email address and password when you register.
• Input Data: Mathematical problems, text, and images you upload for solving.
• Usage Data: Information on how you interact with the app, including features used and time spent.

3. AI Processing and Third Parties

To provide high-rigor mathematical solutions, your input data is processed through third-party Artificial Intelligence providers:

• Google Cloud (Gemini 2.5 Flash): Used for standard algebra and geometry processing.
• Anthropic (Claude Opus 4.7): Used for advanced undergrad-level calculus and reasoning.

These providers do not use your personal data to train their global models when processed via our enterprise API keys.

4. Subscription and Payment

Payment processing is handled by RevenueCat and Apple/Google In-App Purchases. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your mathematical queries to provide you with a history of your solved problems. You may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the app settings.
